To make dry fruit cake, some ingredients are also required, which are important to have in your house. Such as flour, curd, milk, baking powder, baking soda, milk powder, dry fruits, vanilla essence, almond slices, ghee, sugar powder, salt etc.
To make dry fruit cake, first sift flour in a bowl. Now sift the baking powder, milk powder, baking soda and put them in a bowl and mix all the ingredients well. After this add a pinch of salt and mix.
After this, take another bowl and add curd, sugar powder and ghee in it and mix it well. Now add the flour mixture little by little and mix. Prepare a thick paste by adding milk on top. After this, add vanilla essence to this mixture and mix the paste well so that there are no lumps left in it.
When the paste is well prepared, add finely chopped dry fruits to it and mix. Now take a baking tin and apply ghee in it and grease it well. After this, pour the prepared batter into it and tap it on the ground two-three times, so that the batter sets properly and there are no bubbles or air in the cake.
After this, put almond slices on the batter and spread it well. Now leave it to bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for half an hour. Take out the cake after the stipulated time. Your flavourful dry fruit cake is ready.
