In the video, Kirti Azad, a Trinamool Congress leader, is seen smoking an e-cigarette in Parliament. Anurag Thakur had raised this issue with the Lok Sabha Speaker and demanded action. Now it remains to be seen whether any action is taken against Kirti Azad or not.
