How to make Sim Chutney
First of all, wash the SIM thoroughly and cut it into small sizes. Then put a pan on the gas stove, add a little mustard oil to it and fry the seams well. Then fry the tomato, ginger, garlic and onion thoroughly in oil and take them out.
Then add the fried beans, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and dry chillies in the mixer jar. Then add pickle and salt as per taste to give it a spicy taste and grind it well to make a fine paste. Then add some raw mustard oil on it and mix it well, your sim chutney is ready.
