Method of preparation
1. Prepare the chili
Wash large green chillies and make a long incision in the middle.
Remove the seeds so that the spiciness reduces a bit.

Mash boiled potatoes and add ginger, green coriander, salt, red chilli, coriander powder and dry mango powder and mix well.
Fill this mixture inside the chilli.
3. Prepare the batter
Add turmeric, celery and salt to gram flour.
Make a thick batter by adding water so that the chillies can be coated well.
4. Fry
Heat oil in a pan.
Dip the stuffed chillies in the batter and fry in hot oil until it turns golden brown.
Take out and keep it on tissue paper so that excess oil gets removed.
serving method
Serve hot Mirchi Bade with green chutney, tamarind chutney or tomato sauce. If desired, sprinkle chaat masala on top.
healthy tips
Use mustard oil instead of refined oil for frying.
If you want, you can increase the crispness by adding some semolina to the gram flour.
For those who want less spiciness, use mild chilies.
