Bihar Cadre New IAS UPSC 2024: The Central Government has allotted cadre to 179 IAS selected from UPSC 2024. A total of 10 IAS officers in Bihar cadre have participated in this. 12 Bihari IAS have got cadre from other states and union territories.
Raj Krishna Jha of Sitamarhi, who became IAS through UPSC 2024, has also got Bihar cadre. they
Had achieved All India eighth rank. Apart from these, Kumud Mishra, ranked 69th, has also got home cadre. Belongs to Rohtas district. She has completed her graduation from Lucknow University and is the daughter of a retired army officer.
Saurav Sinha of Jharkhand, who got 49th All India rank, has also got Bihar cadre. He is a resident of Dumka, Jharkhand. Saurabh got this success in the fourth attempt. Before this, he had reached the interview in 2021 and 2022, but was not successful. Due to this, Saurabh did not appear for the UPSC exam in 2023 due to disappointment. But with continuous hard work he finally achieved success.
Farkhanda Qureshi of Madhya Pradesh, who held 67th rank, has also got Bihar cadre. She is a resident of Balaghat, MP. After graduating in Geology, started preparing for UPSC from 2019. She reached the interview in the third attempt, but her name did not appear in the final list. Did not give up and achieved success in the fourth attempt.

Ketan Shukla of Uttarakhand, ranked 75th, has also got Bihar cadre. Ketan Shukla, son of Ram Gopal Shukla, originally a resident of Onchha in Mainpuri district, is an IIT Roorkee pass out. Last year i.e. in 2023, he was selected for IPS but he has to become IAS.
Kalpana Rawat of Delhi, who got 76th rank, has also got Bihar cadre. Kalpana Rawat, a resident of Jajal village in Sonipat, Haryana, is now the daughter-in-law of a family from Bisalpur in Pilibhit. Her husband Surya Pratap Singh is also an IAS of Bihar cadre.
Rajasthan’s IAS Nilesh Goyal has been allotted Bihar cadre. He is a resident of Hindaun City in Karauli district of Rajasthan. Nilesh’s education up to primary and secondary level took place in Hindaun City only. Later he went to Kota. He completed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Kota. Nilesh got success in the second attempt and got All India 77th rank in Civil Services Examination.
Prince Raj of Delhi, who got 141st rank, has also got Bihar cadre. Prince Raj, son of teacher Triveni Prasad, resident of Gandhi Ashram locality of Hajipur city of Vaishali district, did his primary education from Hajipur. He also studied in class 10th and 12th from Vaishali district. After which Prince graduated from IIT and then was preparing for UPSC for 4 years. Was successful in the third attempt.
Amit Meena of Rajasthan, who got 320th rank, will also be IAS of Bihar. Received civil engineering degree from IIT Delhi. Other than this
Deepak Kumar, who got 989th rank, has also been allotted Bihar cadre. Deepak is a resident of Bihar.
