Two US soldiers and an American citizen have been killed during a mission related to the elimination of the terrorist organization Islamic State i.e. ISIS. Washington: America has vowed to eliminate the dreaded terrorist organization Islamic State i.e. ISIS. Washington is helping countries across the world troubled by this terrorist organization. During one such counter-terrorism operation, the American Army suffered a major setback. An American army soldier and an American citizen have been murdered in Syria, after which Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has screamed and told what has been done to those who carried out these murders. He has tried to show the strength of America in a threatening post.
What did the Pentagon say?
Giving information about this incident, Pentagon’s Chief Spokesman Shawn Parnell said, ‘Today two US Army soldiers and one American civilian were killed and three were injured in Palmyra, Syria. This attack took place when the soldiers were attending an important leadership meeting. Their mission was to support the ongoing anti-ISIS/counter-terrorism operations in the area.
He further said that ‘The names of the soldiers and identifying information related to their units are being kept secret until 24 hours after their families are informed. This attack is being actively investigated.
