People had to face difficulties in the morning due to dense fog in Bilaspur and light fog in Mandi. In such a situation, the lowest minimum temperature was recorded in Kukumseri at minus – 5.9 degrees. Whereas the highest maximum temperature recorded in Solan was 24.5 degrees. Due to western disturbance on December 14, the weather will deteriorate in high altitude areas.

However, last week only light snowfall was seen at high altitude places like Rohtang Pass and Baralacha Pass. There is also a possibility that this dry spell will continue in many areas of the state till December 18. Yellow alert regarding fog will also continue in Sundernagar, Bilaspur and Mandi areas.
