Gumba Plant Benefits: There are many such plants around us, which are panacea according to Ayurveda. Gumba plant is also similar. People who do not sleep can use Gumba. Make a decoction of 10-20 ml Gumba seeds and consume it. This gives good sleep.
Make a decoction of guma and steam it. Use its decoction during bath. This is beneficial in winter. Mix equal quantity of ginger juice and honey in 10 ml gumba leaf juice. This is beneficial in cold and cough. Make a decoction by mixing 5-10 grams of Dronapushpi leaves in equal quantity of Vanafsha and Mulethi powder. Drinking 10-30 ml decoction mixed with sugar candy provides relief from cold and cough.
Even if you are troubled by indigestion, you can consume Gumba. Prepare and eat vegetable from gumba leaves. This helps in indigestion and increases appetite.
Applying Gumba juice like kajal and taking it through the nose is beneficial in anemia and jaundice. You have to mix equal amount of honey in 5 ml juice and use it. Mix 500 mg black pepper powder and rock salt in 5-10 ml gumba juice. Consuming it three times a day provides relief in anemia and jaundice.
