Matar Ka Paratha Recipe: Matar Paratha made in this special way gives both taste and warmth in winter. This recipe prepared with boiled peas, spices and desi ghee is very easy and quick to prepare. Parathas are so delicious that every member of the family will say – “Wow, what a paratha!”
To make pea parathas, first place the pan on the gas. Put three spoons of ghee in the pan, add cumin seeds, coarse garlic and finely chopped green chillies in the ghee and fry them till they turn golden. After all this is fried, add peas. Add salt and garam masala as per wish. When the peas are cooked well, grind them lightly and the pea paste will be ready.
After this we will take wheat flour as per wish. Add a little salt and oil to it and then add water and knead it well. After kneading the dough, cover it well and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Mustard oil is added to it so that it remains soft.
Now make a small ball from the prepared dough. Then roll it lightly and then add the prepared pea paste. Put it in it and then start rolling it. Put the paratha on a hot pan and apply ghee on both the sides and cook it and the hot paratha will be ready.
