This information has been given by the electricity department. Roshan Biswas, SDO of Purnia Maranga Electricity Department, said that electricity will be disrupted from 9 am to 4 pm. Consumers will have to face problems due to disruption of electricity services for 7 hours on Friday and Saturday. In such a situation, you will have to complete your work quickly.

While giving information, SDO of Purnia Maranga Electricity Department, Roshan Biswas said that tomorrow on 12th and day after tomorrow on 13th December 2025, there will be maintenance of 132kv main line from Purnia to Katihar. Therefore, the power supply from 33kv Biada feeder coming out from Biada PSS will be disrupted from 9 am to 4 pm i.e. for about 7 hours. Due to this, problems of electricity consumers may increase. He said that the services will be resumed as soon as the electricity repair work is completed. However, he expressed regret for this inconvenience and appealed to the consumers to make alternative arrangements.

The SDO further said that electricity supply will be disrupted in these areas of Purnia on Friday-Saturday, 12th and 13th December. Electricity services will remain closed in these areas for 7 hours. Due to this, consumers will have to complete their work before time. Due to the repair work, the problems of the consumers of Purnia’s related power feeders including Harda, Gowasi, Maranga, Mafa, Satsang Bihar, Good Milky, Harda Bazaar, Milky, Faryanithadha, Kavaiya, Sobhaganj, Pirganj, Bikrampatti, Gangeli, Chapey, Bhawanipur, Nursery will increase. In such a situation, you should complete your work quickly.
