A car was used in the blast that took place near the Red Fort in Delhi. The person who currently owned this car is suspected to be a terrorist, but the names of its previous owners have also come up in the case. This happened because of a mistake by the second owner of the car, which was not rectified by anyone later.
New DelhiEveryone knows by now that the car that was blasted near the Red Fort on Monday did not have its first owner, She reached out several times to Dr, Omar Mohammed, who is suspected of carrying out suicide bombings in Delhi, This car was manufactured in 2013 and the first owner sold it in 2014, The name of the person who bought it was Salman, The process of buying and selling ended when the vehicle exploded, But it was not only Dr, Mohammad who came under suspicion, Rather, the horoscope of everyone from Salman onwards to whom this car went was revealed, Now the question is why did this happen?
Actually, none of them transferred the ownership of the vehicle to the next person. The car was sold but the ownership remained with Salman. Therefore he also got trapped in this matter. If you are going to sell your car, then transfer it completely and make sure that some important documents are in the name of the new owner. The most important document among these is RC.
RC is most important
It is mandatory to transfer ownership within 30 days after the sale of the vehicle. The first step in ownership transfer is to get the RC (Registration Certificate) in the name of the new buyer. If the car is going to the new buyer through a dealership, then it is the responsibility of the dealer to register the car in the name of the new buyer. With this, the previous owner can avoid any kind of legal problems in future, as has happened in this case.
