Muzaffarpur News: Suvikshan Welfare Foundation has inaugurated free digital learning lab and computer education program at Brahmpura Senior Secondary School, Muzaffarpur. Due to which students will get modern training. In this lab, children will become proficient in the world of computers. Besides, special training related to cyber security will also be given.
Muzaffarpur: Free Digital Learning Lab and Free Computer Education Program was grandly inaugurated on Friday at Brahmpura Senior Secondary School located in Motipur block of Muzaffarpur district. This ambitious initiative has been started by Suvikshan Welfare Foundation. This year, the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur has received official approval to conduct free online computer classes in five government senior secondary schools of the district.
On the occasion of the inauguration, Suvikshan Welfare Foundation completely renovated the old computer lab of the school. Under this, modern computers, projectors and screens were presented to the school. The newly constructed digital classroom has been made extremely attractive and technologically advanced. So that students can get better education through digital medium.
The Foundation has partnered with NIELIT Patna (under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India). Under this collaboration, special training programs related to cyber security will be conducted in technical institutes of Bihar and Jharkhand. Computer training will be given to students of government schools through online medium from Suvikshan Lab located at NIELIT, Patna. During the inauguration ceremony, a live demo of the online class was also presented for the students, which was highly appreciated by the students and teachers.
Two new bilingual books also launched
Two new bilingual books Foundation of Computer (Module 1) and Advanced Digital Skills (Module 2) were also launched during the program. These books have been published by Suvikshan Welfare Foundation in both Hindi and English languages. These include modern topics like MS Word, digital payments, ChatGPT, social media usage and accounting software in simple language. These books were distributed free of cost to all students and teachers of classes 9 and 11 along with high quality school bags.
Suvikshan Welfare Foundation believes that computer education in government schools will create new employment opportunities for the youth of Bihar. This will reduce migration to other states. Employment and entrepreneurship will be promoted within the state itself. Under the scheme of the Foundation, BCA, MCA and engineering graduates, who are currently unemployed, will also be given the opportunity to open computer training centers with the support of the Foundation.

In the inauguration ceremony, Subodh Chaudhary, Director of Suvikshan Welfare Foundation and Baleshwar Paswan Azad, Principal of the school jointly inaugurated the lab. Many dignitaries including Shammi Anand, Vishwajit Kumar, Mohan Kumar, Alok Kumar, Nand Kishore Singh and former DEO Rakesh Chaudhary were present on this occasion. Foundation member Santosh Chaudhary also participated in the program. Currently living in Sweden, he is working as Head of Cyber Security in a world famous home retailing company.
