To make Padukiya, first take flour. Oil or ghee is added to it in the form of a paste and mixed well. After this, knead the flour lightly with the help of water and then cover it and keep it for some time. This allows the flour to set and makes the pedukiya crisp.
To make its filling, sift semolina and two spoons of flour together. Now heat some desi ghee in the pan and fry the semolina and flour on low flame till it turns golden. When the semolina becomes light golden and aromatic, turn off the gas and leave it to cool completely.
