Red bhaji and fenugreek bhaji – 100 grams, rice – ground 20 grams, tamarind solution, turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon, chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon, salt as per taste Method of making red bhaji and fenugreek bhaji amat To make amat sabzi, first heat water in a vessel. When the water becomes hot, add red bhaji and fenugreek bhaji and boil it. After this add tamarind solution in it. Now add salt as per taste, turmeric and chilli. After boiling for about ten minutes, add the ground rice solution into it. Along with this, grind ginger and garlic and add it. Now cook it for some time. After cooking for about ten minutes, the local style delicious mango sabzi of red bhaji and fenugreek bhaji is ready. You can serve it with rice or roti.
