The total size of Vidya Wires IPO is ₹300.01 crore which includes Fresh Issue of 5.27 crore shares and Offer For Sale of 0.50 crore shares. The IPO will be open for investment from December 3, 2025 to December 5, 2025. The price band is ₹48 to ₹52 per share and one lot will contain 288 shares. Minimum Investment for Retail Investors is ₹14,976 and for HNI/NII is ₹10,03,392. Book Running Lead Manager Pantomath Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd. and Registrar MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. Is. Face value is ₹1 per share. In the share allotment, 50% shares have been reserved for QIBs, 35% for Retail Investors and 15% for NII. Vidya Wires was established in 1981 and the company manufactures Copper and Aluminum wires. Its major products include precision-engineered wires, copper strips, conductors, busbars, specialized winding wires, PV ribbons and aluminum paper-covered strips. Revenue of Vidya Wires was ₹ 1,015.72 crore on 31 March 2023, which increased to ₹ 1,188.49 crore on 31 March 2024 and ₹ 1,491.45 crore on 31 March 2025. Profit After Tax was ₹21.53 crore on 31 March 2023, which increased to ₹25.68 crore on 31 March 2024 and ₹40.87 crore on 31 March 2025. Revenue increased by 25% and PAT increased by 59%.
