Ingredients to make Bajra Chila
Bajra flour – 1 cup
Gram flour – ½ cup
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Green chilli – 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 inch piece (grated)
Green Coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Curd – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Water – as per need
Oil – for baking
Method of preparation

First of all, add millet flour and gram flour in a big vessel. Mix salt, turmeric, red chili powder in it. Now add onion, green chilli, ginger and green coriander. Add curd and mix well.

Prepare a medium thick batter by adding water slowly. Keep in mind that the solution should neither be too thin nor too thick. Keep it covered for 10-15 minutes so that all the ingredients get set properly.

Now heat the pan and apply light oil. Pour one ladle of the prepared batter on the pan and spread it in a round shape. Bake on medium flame until golden on both sides.
