House in NCR: If you also want to settle in NCR, but do not have that much money, then you can try your hand in the new project of UP government. In Ghaziabad, 3 BHK flats are being sold by the UP government for just Rs 35 lakh.
New Delhi. While house prices are skyrocketing in the cities of the National Capital Region (NCR), the UP government has launched a cool project keeping in mind the needs of the middle class. Under this project, 3BHK flats are being sold in Ghaziabad at a price of less than Rs 35 lakh. The application for this has started from 31st October and registration can be done till January. If it is paid within 2 months then a discount of 15 percent will also be given.
UP Housing and Development Council (UPAVP) has launched an affordable housing scheme on the lines of first-come-first-served in Mandola Vihar, Ghaziabad. Launched with the name Sapna-2, cheap 3BHK flats are being sold in this project, the price of which starts from Rs 34.28 lakh and goes up to Rs 38 lakh. The project has the facility to apply online, which has started from October 30. Currently this booking will remain open till January 31, 2026.
How can you book?
Under the Sapna-2 scheme of Model Vihar, UP Housing and Development Council has built multistorey flats on G+3 lines. This means that apart from the ground floor, 3 more floors will be built under this project. The project has a total of 225 units of 3BHK flats, each with an area of 86.04 square meters (about 926.12685 square feet). Its estimated price starts from Rs 34.48 lakh and goes up to around Rs 38 lakh.
Bumper discount on early payment
Housing and Development Council has also offered bumper discounts on these flats. Under the scheme, if the person booking the flat pays the entire amount within 60 days, then he will also be given a discount of up to 15 percent. This means that a flat worth Rs 35 lakh will cost you only Rs 33 lakh, because a discount of up to Rs 5 lakh will be available. If the buyer pays within 2 to 3 months, he will get a discount of up to 10 percent. This means that a flat of Rs 35 lakh will cost around Rs 31.5 lakh.
Booking will be done with nominal amount
Anyone who wants to buy these flats can book for a nominal amount. The booking amount of the flat is only 5 percent and with this amount the flat will be booked in your name. If a common man pays 50 per cent of the total amount after booking, he will get possession, whereas government employees and paramilitary forces will be given possession of the flat by paying only 25 per cent of the amount.
