Vamsi Gaddam reached Parliament on his own electric Atom bike with RG written on it, which runs 100 km for Rs 20. This bike is part of an eco-friendly initiative with 10 patents.
New Delhi. Congress MP Vamsi Gaddam reached Parliament on Tuesday on a special bike with ‘RG’ written on it. When asked about the meaning of RG, MP Vamsi Gaddam said, “I am a big fan of Rahul Gandhi ji. I follow him regularly. I am part of the Indian National Congress and we are trying to push forward the issues that matter to the people of our country.”
He further said, “We want to fight for the democratic rights of the people of India. As we are seeing today, AQI levels have reached such a high level that clean and fresh air is our democratic right… We should also take the right decisions so that the next generation can get clean and fresh air. This is the message for everyone.” This bike is also a part of his initiative because it is a bike powered by an eco-friendly electric motor.
Cafe Racer-Inspired Bike
He told that the bike on which he came to Parliament is a cafe racer-inspired bike running on electric battery, whose name is ‘Atom Bike’. “I have made this bike. We have about 10 patents on this bike.
100km range for Rs 20
While talking to the media, he told that this bike will run 100 kilometers on a single charge and it can be charged at a cost of Rs 20. No information has been revealed yet about the possible price and features of the bike.
The bike is not in production phase yet
As Vamsi Gaddam told that this bike has 10 patents, it can be expected that in the coming time, Atom bike will be produced and taken to the masses. Amidst the rapidly increasing pollution, this bike can be a good eco-friendly option.
