Methi Matar Malai Recipe: Methi Matar Malai is a dish which is liked in every Indian household. It is very easy to make at home and gives a creamy restaurant-like taste. Prepared by cooking fresh fenugreek and green peas with cream and spices. This recipe is not only healthy but also quick to prepare. It can be served with roti, paratha or rice. Everyone, children and adults, like this dish very much. You can make your family happy by making it at home.
First of all, we have to clean the fenugreek with hot water, then chop the fenugreek finely, then take a vessel, add 3 spoons of mustard oil in it, heat this oil and fry chopped onion, 8 to 10 cashew nuts till they turn golden.
After the onion and cashew nuts turn golden, add finely chopped tomatoes to it. To fry the tomatoes quickly, add one spoon of salt. After this, add red chilli powder and turmeric powder, mix them well and cook with tomatoes.
After taking out the tomatoes and spices from the pan kept on the gas, finely chop the fenugreek and add it to the same pan and add a little salt to the fenugreek and cook it well. After this, put the prepared mixture of onion, tomato and cashew nuts in the mixer and add a little water and make a nice thick paste.

Put four spoons of mustard oil in the pan placed on the gas and after heating this oil, add cumin and black pepper and after this add boiled peas and reduce the flame of the gas and then add the paste prepared along with the peas and let it boil for some time and then add cooked fenugreek in it.
After this, add 2 cups of milk and about 5 spoons of cream and mix well and then add finely chopped green coriander and the fenugreek pea cream will be ready. Which is very tasty and healthy to eat.
