Updating mobile number on Aadhar card is very easy
Now you do not need to submit any type of document to update your mobile number in your Aadhaar card. UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) has given this information in a recent tweet.

UIDAI tweeted that now no documents are needed to add mobile number to Aadhaar card. Now you just have to go to the Aadhaar Seva Kendra (Aadhaar Seva Kendra) with your Aadhaar card and update the mobile number on your Aadhaar card. Along with this, Aadhaar card holders will be able to update or change their other details as well. Now you can update biometric or email easily on your Aadhar card.

>> To avail the benefits of Aadhaar card and online services, you must have a mobile number registered with UIDAI.
>> If you want to make some correction in your Aadhaar card through online mode, then your mobile number should be linked to your Aadhar card.
>> Along with this, a copy of E-Aadhaar can also be downloaded, which needs to be verified through OTP.
>> By calling 1947, you can also know what is the status of the request you sent for the number update.
