Tadasana: First of all you stand up and keep your waist and neck straight. Now raise your hand above the head and while breathing slowly pull the whole body. Feel the stretch from the toes to the toes. Maintain this state for some time and inhale and exhale. Then while exhaling, slowly bring your hands and body to the first position. In this way one cycle is completed. Tadasana yoga makes the whole body flexible. This is a yoga posture that brings flexibility in the muscles to a great extent. It lightens and relaxes the body. Apart from this, it also gives shape and beauty to the body. Melts the excess body fat and brings a new glow in your personality.
Ustrasana: Camel means camel. To do this asana, sit on your yoga mat with the support of your knees and keep both the hands on the hip. The knees should be parallel to the shoulders and the soles of the feet should be towards the sky. While inhaling, pull the spine as if it is being pulled from the navel. Stay seated without putting pressure on the neck. In this position, take a few breaths. Come to your starting position while exhaling. Bring the hands back to your waist and straighten up.

Paschimottanasana: The name of Paschimottanasana Yoga is derived from the combination of two words – Paschim and Uttan. West means the west direction or the back part of the body and Uttan means stretched. To get rid of spinal pain, every person should do Paschimottanasana yoga. While practicing this asana, there is a stretch in the back part of the body i.e. the spinal cord, due to which this asana is called Paschimottanasana. By doing this asana, the whole part of the body is stretched and it is very beneficial for the body. Paschimottanasana acts as a panacea for people who have diabetes problems and helps in relieving the symptoms of this disease. Apart from this, this asana is also considered very beneficial for people suffering from the problem of high blood pressure.

Malasana: Bend both the knees and sit in the defecation position. Then resting the armpit of the right hand on the right and the armpit of the left hand on the left knee, join both the hands (Namaskar Mudra). After staying in the above position for some time, come back to normal position. Malasana eliminates the tension of knees, joints, back and stomach and their pain is reduced. It also gives relief from the problem of constipation and gas.
