Jamshedpur: The renowned XLRI College, Jamshedpur has launched two special post-graduate certificate programs from the new academic session. Keeping in view the needs of the digital era, the institute has prepared modern and professional courses like Business Analytics and Senior Leadership. Their objective is to provide specialized training to professionals who want to advance rapidly in their careers and establish themselves in important leadership roles.
Business Analytics Program
This course is of 12 months and will start from January 2026. The fee has been kept at Rs 4 lakh and for admission in this, the applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in any management or technical field with about two years of experience. The course will be completely online, with interactive live classes five days a week. In this, training will be given in predictive analytics, data visualization, machine learning basics and preparing business models. Understanding of digital marketing, business solution design and data-based decision making is the biggest feature of this course.
Senior Leadership Program
This is also a 12-month professional course which will start from January 2026. Its fee has been fixed at Rs 4.50 lakh. Admission in this will be available only to those candidates who have 10 years or more experience in any field. This course is designed for upper management roles and covers topics such as strategic planning, team management, financial decisions, organizational development and leadership in the digital economy. All classes will be online and interactive sessions will be held with senior faculty five days every week.
