Godda Fast Food Corner On Toto: Deepak Kumar of Godda modified Toto for Rs 1.5 lakh and started a mobile fast food counter. Today he is earning up to Rs 1500 per day from this. The story of opening his stall is also inspiring.
Godda. Deepak Kumar, a resident of Godda, has set a new example of self-employment by taking inspiration from hard work, thinking and social media. Where Deepak did not limit his Toto to just ferrying passengers, but converted it into a mobile fast food counter. Today, from this toto, Deepak is earning a net income of around Rs 1500 per day, whereas earlier he could barely earn Rs 300 to 400 by driving the toto.
Modified toto for 1.5 lakhs
Deepak Kumar says that he saw mobile food startups running in different cities of the country on social media. From there he got inspiration to do something new in his life. He thought why not prepare his Toto as a small fast food counter. After this, Deepak spent about Rs 1.5 lakh from his savings and modified his Toto completely by himself.
Not a vehicle, but a decorated food counter.
Now this Toto is not just a vehicle, but a decorated fast food counter. In this, complete arrangements have been made for gas stove, pan, counter, lighting and keeping food items. Deepak sets up his shop at Basua Chowk in Mahagama every day from 4 pm to 9 pm. On an average, in just 5 hours of shopping, they make sales of up to Rs 3000, resulting in an earning of Rs 1200 to Rs 1500 after deducting the expenses.
Crowd of customers starts appearing in the evening
Tomato Pakoda, Capsicum Pakoda, Onion Pakoda, Bread Pakoda and many other items are available in Deepak’s fast food counter. The special thing is that all the items are immediately cooked and given to the customer while still hot. In the cold season, the aroma and taste of hot pakodas attract people a lot. This is the reason why as soon as the evening comes, a crowd of customers starts gathering around his toto.

Local people say that Deepak’s pakodas are excellent in taste and the prices are also within the reach of common people. Many customers visit his place every day. This initiative of Deepak has proved that if there is a different thinking and the passion to work hard, then big work can be done even with small resources.

Deepak says that he wants to take his startup further in the coming time. He plans to add more new fast food items in the future. He also wants other youth to take inspiration from his story and start their own employment.
