Ingredients of Carrot Halwa
One and a half liter milk in 1 kg carrot
8 green cardamoms
5-7 tbsp desi ghee
5-7 tbsp sugar
2 tsp raisins
1 tablespoon almonds
2 tbsp dates (cut into pieces)
