Light fog was seen in many areas of the state yesterday morning. The sun came out but its effect was not the same as before. The day temperature remains between 24 to 28 degrees. The night temperature is falling rapidly. Due to this, farmers and common people need to be alert. Farmers working in the fields have been advised to take special care in the morning. So that cold does not affect health.
Meteorologists say that cold winds coming from the north and north-western direction will bring the temperature down further these days. Dr. Madan Khichad, Head of Meteorology Department, Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, said that the weather is likely to remain dry till November 28. During this period, light to moderate winds will blow, which will further increase the cold in the morning and evening. He said that due to increase in humidity in the atmosphere, the blanket of fog may become denser in the morning at many places.
Light clouds are also expected in the sky today and tomorrow. Due to cloud cover, the cold of the day may increase and the effect of sunlight will be reduced. At present, winter is gradually strengthening its effect with light fog and falling temperature. With increasing cold in the state, people have now started taking out warm clothes. The effect of cold wind is clearly visible in the markets and roads in the evening. Weather experts say that due to the active cold winds in North India, there may be a further drop in both day and night temperatures in Haryana. The beginning of the cold may be mild but the continuous decrease in the temperature indicates that the chill will increase further in the coming days.
