Housewife Pooja Verma told that not many ingredients are required to make this soup. For this, fresh ginger (2 inch piece), 8 to 10 cloves of garlic, 1 medium sized onion, one tomato, one tablespoon ghee or oil, half teaspoon cumin, salt as per taste, half teaspoon black pepper powder and a little green coriander are required. Apart from this, spinach or corn grains can also be added. A pinch of turmeric and lemon juice can also be added at the end to enhance taste and health.
Easy method of making soup: Housewife Pooja Verma told that to make soup, first grind ginger and garlic finely. Heat ghee in a pan and fry cumin seeds in it. Then fry the finely chopped onion until it turns light golden. Add ginger-garlic paste to it and stir for two minutes. Now add chopped tomatoes and spices and cook. After this, when the tomatoes melt, add three cups of water and let it boil. Then let it cook on low flame for about 15 to 20 minutes. Add green coriander at the end and serve hot.
