According to the information, this video has gone viral on social media and a lot of comments are coming on it. It is being told that this video is from around December 10th. Tourists have come to Gramphu, just below Rohtang Pass, to enjoy the snow. Here, there is a traffic jam due to vehicles parked on the roadside. It is noteworthy that only four by four vehicles are allowed to go to Rohtang Pass and no one is being allowed to go beyond Koksar.
It is worth noting that generally Gramphu is closed in winter, but for the last two months there has been a dry spell and no snow has fallen and due to this the road was open till last week.
