An FIR has been lodged in Mumbai against Bhojpuri star Khesari Lal Yadav for allegedly making obscene songs. The actor is accused of insulting women in his songs.
New Delhi: There is a special group of people who like songs and films of Bhojpuri superstar Khesari Lal Yadav. But sometimes they also get into controversies due to their statements. Now they are again caught in a new controversy. According to media reports, an FIR has been registered against the actor in Mumbai for making obscene and rude types of songs, due to which he can also be arrested.
According to media reports, Khesari Lal has been accused of insulting women through his songs. This FIR has been registered under sections 294, 292, 354, which has been lodged by Surjit Singh associated with Sanatan Sena Foundation in Mumbai. Referring to the obscene words of Khesari’s songs, he said that he insults women in his songs and his motive is only to make profit. Surjeet has also given some evidence against Khesari before the Mumbai Police. However, there is no information about those evidences.
According to the news, this is not the first time that Khesari Lal has been booked for obscenity of his songs. He has been embroiled in legal controversies earlier also due to such allegations. Recently, the actor came into the limelight when he came live and threatened journalists and his supporters also beat up a singer named Pankaj Singh during Facebook Live.
