Its distance is 107 km. Work on this is expected to start soon. The aim of these high-speed projects is to reach people living within 150 radius from Delhi to the capital within one to 1.5 hours.
For this, the Government of India has formed the NCR Transport Corporation. This corporation Delhi-Meerut rapid rail project is working on which is progressing at a phenomenal pace. This project is expected to be ready before the scheduled time. The deadline to prepare its first phase was by June this year, but the corporation has completed it in January 2023 itself, doing a great job and it will be opened to the public by March.
RRTS train speed 180KM/h

He has told that work is going on at many levels regarding RRTS in Delhi-NCR. He told that the maximum speed of RRTS train is 180 km and it has also been tested at a speed of 160 km per hour.
According to Vinay Kumar, the target of RRTS is not only Meerut and Behror but also Muzaffarnagar and Jaipur have to connect. Talks are going on at many levels regarding this. Apart from this, there is a plan to connect the international airport being built in Greater Noida with Indira Gandhi International Airport.
Muzaffarnagar distance will be completed in 50 minutes
The distance from Delhi to Meerut is 82 km. For this, work is already going on on the RRTS line and it will be completed by 2025. After this there is a plan to extend this line till Muzaffarnagar. The distance from Delhi to Muzaffarnagar is about 130 km. If this happens then the journey from Muzaffarnagar to Delhi through RRTS will be completed in less than an hour.
Delhi-Gurgaon-Shahjahanpur-Neemrana-Behror Project
similarly Delhi-Gurgaon-Shahjahanpur-Neemrana-Behror Work on RRTS is going on. Delhi to Gurgaon and then Alwar will also be connected. The distance from Delhi to Alwar is about 160 km. Work has also started on this project and its first phase is expected to be completed by December 2024.
