On October 13, the special court of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had framed charges against 14 accused in the IRCTC scam case. According to CBI, charges were framed against a total of 14 accused including RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, his wife Rabri Devi and son Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, Rajya Sabha member Premchand Gupta, his wife Sarla Gupta, IRCTC officials, Kochhar brothers. Now the demand for change of judge has intensified the discussion at both legal and political levels.
