By doing physical activity, serious diseases like heart and diabetes can also be avoided. Actually, this disease has become so dangerous that a quarter of the deaths in the world are due to them. Not only this, physical activity also reduces depression and anxiety.
Doing aerobic activity for 150 to 300 minutes every week: According to the World Health Organization, aerobic activity can prove to be very beneficial for people working at home. Adult people should do aerobic activity for 150 to 300 minutes every week to be healthy while children should do aerobic activity for at least 60 minutes daily.
Every type of physical activity is beneficial: To keep the body healthy, it is not necessary to do some selected activity. If you do any kind of hard work then it is also involved in physical activity. Apart from this, you can stay fit every day by playing some or the other game. Cycling, walking or running can also be done to stay physically fit.
By being physically active, muscles are strong: By being physically active, muscles gain a lot of strength. It is very important for people above 60 years to remain physically active. This makes the muscles very strong. With this, physical weakness does not come.
