In view of this issue raised by the states, now the Central Government has prepared a complete road map to provide Corona Vaccine to the states in June. The Center has taken this step so that the states are aware in advance about how much quota of vaccine they are going to get. According to the information available on the Kovin portal so far, till May 27, 22 million corona doses were made available to the states by the Center. Out of this, 20.1 crore corona vaccines have been used.
According to the Health Ministry data, on an average 20 lakh people are being given vaccinations every day. The central government has asked all the people above the age of 18 to apply the corona vaccine by the end of this year, but the way the graph of corona vaccination has dropped by 40% in the month of May, the problem seems to be increasing.
The central government has allocated 4 crore doses for the month of June to major states like Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and West Bengal. At the same time, information about how much vaccine dose will be given to Uttar Pradesh has not been provided. 20.86 crore vaccine doses given so far in India
Till now, 20.86 crore doses of vaccine have been given to protect against Kovid-19. This information was given by the Union Health Ministry on Friday. The Ministry said that on Friday, the first dose of vaccine was given to 13,36,309 beneficiaries in the age group of 18 to 44 while the second dose was given to 275 people of the same age group. According to the data released by the ministry, 1,66,47,122 people of this age group have been vaccinated since the commencement of vaccination in the age group of 18 to 44 years in the third phase of vaccination.
