The man told that he once went to a wedding ceremony where someone asked him the same question as to why he gets so much money? The person wrote that when the whole world is sleeping, he is awake. His working hours are more than others. This job is not just technical, the level of stress and responsibility in it is very high. The person said that people often say that nowadays planes mostly fly on autopilot, so what would the pilots do, but the reality is that whether the plane is flown by hand or on autopilot, the responsibility is the same. A pilot cannot pass the time by sitting idle. He said that a pilot has to keep taking decisions all the time. Those decisions should be right. One wrong decision could lead to job loss, license suspension, or worse. The pilot told that his job is very risky and responsible… only for this he is paid.
