In such a situation, many voters have not yet received the form.
Ghaziabad DM Aura District Election Officer Ravindra Kumar Mandar has appealed to all the voters, ‘If you have not received the counting form (SIR form) yet, do not panic. You go to your old polling station (where you had voted earlier). Contact the BLO present there. Show your old voter slip or Aadhar card with your name and photo. BLO will give you a new form. Fill it completely and return it to the BLO immediately. With this your name will definitely be included in the draft voter list.
‘The latest mobile numbers of BLOs have been uploaded on the Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages of District Magistrate Ghaziabad. If you want, you can take the number from there and talk directly to your BLO. DM said, ‘Urbanization and frequent change of address of people is a common thing in Ghaziabad. Therefore many people may be left out from the form.
If you remain silent, your name will not be in the new voter list of January 1, 2026 and you will not be able to vote. This small work is very important to strengthen democracy. Do not be careless, cooperate with the BLO and definitely submit your form. Voters should keep in mind that the last date is 4 December 2025. After this the forms will not be submitted.
