He told that one should refrain from arranging marriages and relationships during Kharmas, because marriage or engagement during this period is not considered auspicious in the scriptures. He told that the possibility of tension or discord may increase in marriages done during this period and house warming and house changing should also not be done because buying a new house or house warming is not considered right in Kharmas. He said that new business, big investment or any important start should be postponed at this time and auspicious rituals like Namkaran, Mundan, Karnavedha should also not be performed in Kharmas.

He told that the beginning of auspicious works is possible only after January 14, while the auspicious times will return in full force from February 2026. He said that during Kharmas, by devoting time to worship and devotional mantra chanting, recitation, stories and satsang, one will attain special virtue in this month. He told that people can visit religious places and bathe in holy rivers this month, because bathing in holy rivers in Kharmas is considered very virtuous.
He told that along with this, people can also take some measures, which are as follows, during Kharmas days, one should wake up early in the morning in Brahma Muhurta and after seeing the rising sun, offer water and red sandalwood water in a copper pot. After this, chant Gayatri Mantra and recite Aditya Hridaya Stotra throughout this month. At the same time, he told that if you are facing financial problems or there is any dispute in the court, then definitely recite Aditya Hridaya Stotra during Kharmas. Along with this, chant Surya Katha, because doing so will give positive results in court cases and the financial situation will improve.
