The mosque management claimed that this is Waqf land and after registration of this land in 1935, its gazette notification was done in 1936. In 1956 and 1965, the government gave some more land. However, the matter of lease of the cemetery is still pending in the Forest Department.
How the mosque became 44 drains from 2 drains
