What are measles and measles?
Khasra number means plot number i.e. it gives information about a particular piece of land. Khasra also gives information about the area of the land, type of soil, crop, source of irrigation and who is in possession of it. On the other side is Khatauni, which is also called Gata Sankhya. In this, the list of account holders and information about ownership is available. This shows who is the owner of a particular Khasra number and how much is his share and in whose name is the registry. In simple words, Khasra is the plot number of a land, like the address number of a house. At the same time, the name of the owner of that plot remains in Khatauni.
Is it used in the city also
Khasra and Khatauni are now used in both villages and cities. Earlier it was believed that it was used only on village land, but now the situation has changed. Khasra and Khatauni are applicable on 100 percent of the land in villages and this is considered the main document. Khasra and Khatauri have been made in almost all the cities of UP, Bihar, MP, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand. Earlier, work in the city was done only through registry and mutation.
