Now we have to add curd to the ground oats, semolina and rice flour and then add finely chopped green chillies and add chopped onion and also add pumpkin, grated ginger and finely chopped green coriander and also add salt and cumin as per taste.

Now prepare a thin solution by adding a little water to it and cover this solution with a vessel for about 15 minutes and now keep the pan on the gas to heat it to make Dosa.
After the pan is hot, apply some oil on it. Now pour the batter on the pan with the help of a big spoon. Keep pouring oil on the edges of the batter with a spoon and after one side is cooked, cook the dosa from the other side also. Oats dosa will be ready.
