From today till January 16, a drop of 2 to 4 degree Celsius will be recorded in the minimum temperature in the states of North West and Central India. The Meteorological Department has predicted the possibility of dense to very dense fog in parts of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi on January 16 and cold wave conditions will also prevail.
