Union Minister Nitin Gadkari shared a video from his X account on Thursday. This was a video of Vadodara-Mumbai Expressway, which he had gone there to inspect. In the video, he is seen sitting in a car whose speed is around 130 kilometers. The speed of most expressways in India has been kept at 120 kilometers per hour. This is considered the benchmark of maximum speed for any road in the country. But do you know that there are many roads in the world whose speed limit is much higher than this. There is a road which has no speed limit.
Croatia’s A1 Motorway – This highway running along the Adriatic Sea has a speed limit of 130 kilometers per hour. Here the driver gets both open road and excellent view.
French A79 Motorway – The speed limit in France is usually 130 kilometers per hour, but drivers often drive around 145 without any problem. This route is full of beautiful mountain views.
Texas State Highway 130 of America – This highway of Texas in USA is the fastest in the country. The limit here is 137 kilometers per hour and it has been specially designed for high speed. For this reason, the journey from Austin to Seguin is completed in just 40 minutes.

Germany’s Autobahn – Germany’s famous Autobahn is known all over the world for its unlimited speed. There is no fixed speed limit on about 45 percent of the network of about 13,000 kilometers. Here it is advisable to maintain a speed of 130 kilometers per hour, but many professional drivers have reached speeds of more than 400 kilometers per hour during testing.
