In fact, on December 14, an honor cum felicitation ceremony was organized in Barachatti block of Gaya district. While addressing from the stage in this program, Jitan Ram Manjhi, while referring to Bihar elections, had said that in the 2020 assembly elections, he was trailing by about 2700 votes, but after efforts, he was made victorious.
