How much should vitamin-C dose
According to the RDA in Adult, 90 mg of men should be taken and 75 mg of vitamin C for women. Adult if taking more than 2,000 mg vitamin C daily. They may face side effects. This may cause mild digestive problems. For example, if someone takes 30–180 mg of vitamin C daily, then the body absorbs only 70–90 percent of this vitamin. If someone takes more than 1 gram of vitamin C daily, then the body can absorb only less than 50 percent of it. This reduces the risk of bad effects and removes the remaining vitamin via urine.

Mild side effects:
The body does not fully absorb the vitamin C from supplements. Because of this, diarrhea, nausea, stomach cramps, bloating become common stomach problems.
