To make Roti Veg Wrap, first heat some oil in a pan. Now add ginger-garlic paste to it and fry for 10 to 15 seconds. After this, add chopped vegetables to it and fry lightly. Take care that the vegetables are not overcooked because slightly crunchy vegetables make the wrap even more tasty.
Now add all the powdered spices in it. After that fry for some time. After roasting, add boiled potatoes and cook for five minutes. After cooking, turn off the gas. Now take a pan and put it on the gas. After the pan is heated, heat the remaining rotis on the pan so that they become soft, then add mayonnaise or curd to it. Then if you have chutney then spread the chutney all over the roti or spread the sauce all over the roti. After this, put fried vegetables in the middle of the roti. After adding vegetables, add a little lemon juice to it. If possible, you can also sprinkle chaat masala in it to further enhance the taste. Then roll and wrap the roti.
Lastly, heat the pan and apply ghee to the wrap and fry it lightly. This makes the wrap crispy from outside and soft from inside. After this, fry until golden on both sides. Roti veg wrap is ready. You can serve it to the child in tiffin or for breakfast or as an evening snack in front of the family.
