Regional food will be available in Vande Bharat
Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has directed that local and traditional dishes should now be included in Vande Bharat trains. Its objective is to increase passenger satisfaction and make rail travel a cultural experience. Popular dishes from different states will be served in trains passing through them. Railways believes that this will not only provide better food to the passengers, but will also give them a chance to connect with the identity and taste of that area.
