Rahul Bhardwaj, director of Om Jewelers in Haridwar bullion market, said that there have been fluctuations in the prices of gold and silver in Haridwar. The price of 24 carat gold has become cheaper by Rs 950 per 10 grams and is Rs 1,26,700 per 10 grams. After becoming cheaper by Rs 1340 per 10 grams, the price of 22 carat gold is Rs 1,16,060 per 10 grams. After becoming cheaper by Rs 1660 per 10 grams, the price of 20 carat gold is Rs 1,05,540 per 10 grams. After becoming costlier by Rs 590 per 10 grams, the price of 18 carat gold is Rs 96,290 per 10 grams. While on one hand there were fluctuations in the price of gold, on the other hand the prices of silver also became cheaper. Today the price of silver in Haridwar is Rs 1,57,900 per kg.
