Patna. Police has disclosed in the case of Rahul Kumar being shot dead near Gajachak Mahmadpur under Janipur police station of Danapur. Along with this, 3 including the shooter involved in the murder have also been arrested. According to the police, the driver and friend of the deceased had got the murder done with the help of the shooter. The matter of weapon is coming to the fore by the deceased Rahul and while buying and checking the same weapon, Rs 30,000 was also given to the shooter. But, instead of giving weapons, he was given death.
In a press conference with ASP Manish Kumar Sinha, SHO of Janipur Police Station, SHO of Phulwari and SHO of Naubatpur at SDPO office in Phulwari Sharif, City SP Rajesh Kumar revealed the entire case. Police said that 3 accused involved in the murder of Rahul Kumar have been arrested. His friend Anand Kumar, who was once an assistant in driving the Flipkart vehicle, had got him murdered.
During the inquiry, the main reason for the incident also came to the fore. It is being told that accused Anand Kumar had borrowed about 70 thousand rupees from Rahul. Which he didn’t want to give. But Rahul used to pressurize him to return. Anand Kumar did not like this thing. Anand hatched a plan by taking into confidence the driver of the deceased’s vehicle, Manjit Kumar, a resident of Gopalpur of Bairiya Ilahibagh police station, and called the deceased to AIIMS Golambar on the pretext of giving him a pistol.

According to the earlier plan, another criminal of Naubatpur, Kunal Kumar of Chechaul police station Naubatpur was called to show the weapon. Weapons were also shown after taking the deceased to AIIMS Naubatpur Canal Road. Meanwhile, a test was done by firing one round. Then when the weapon was demanded from Kunal on payment of thirty thousand rupees by the deceased, he refused to give it.
As per the plan, Rahul was killed by these people with the same weapon and all fled from the spot. In this case, the police have arrested the culprits involved in the murder, Anand Kumar alias Anand Kishan Dixit, Dheeraj Kumar and Manjit Kumar.
