Ayodhya News: Massive fire in two police station areas, clothing shop burnt to ashes, loss worth lakhs
A massive fire broke out at two different places in Sadar Circle of Ayodhya causing loss worth lakhs. Saket Cloth House in Gosainganj market was burnt to ashes due to short circuit, while a fire broke out in the paddy of a farmer in Raunahi area causing loss of thousands. Fire brigade and local people brought the fire under control at both the places.
Sonbhadra: Two smugglers and a policeman injured in police-cow smuggler encounter
Police operation Langra continues in Sonbhadra. In the early morning encounter in Robertsganj area, two cow smugglers were shot, while constable Rahul was injured in the firing by the smugglers. To avoid being caught, the smugglers also hit the police vehicle with their pickup. The injured smugglers and constable have been admitted to Lodhi Medical College. Some smugglers are said to be still absconding in the ongoing operation under the leadership of CO Randhir Mishra.
Sitapur: Case registered against 14 including former SDM Ram Daras Ram
A case has been registered against a total of 14 people including the then SDM Ram Daras Ram, Lekhpal and village secretary for grabbing 14 bighas of land in Mahmudabad area of Sitapur by a woman pretending to be the widow of Babu Ram. It is alleged that the officers had fraudulently entered the woman’s name in the records. In this case, action has also been taken against the former SDM posted in Lucknow. This case has been registered on the orders of the court.
The digital attendance system of teachers is being started again in the council schools of Uttar Pradesh. Online attendance will be mandatory within one hour of the start of school, while there will also be an option for offline attendance in case of network problem. The government has clarified that a show cause notice will be issued before taking action against any teacher.
The Uttar Pradesh government has taken a big step to stop illegal infiltration and strengthen the security system in Lucknow. Now a complete biometric profile of the infiltrators caught in the state will be prepared, which will include fingerprint as well as facial recognition. The names of the persons being kept in the detention center will be recorded in a negative list, which will be shared with the agencies across the country so that the infiltrators caught earlier are not able to seek shelter in any state again. The Chief Minister has emphasized on maximum use of technology in this entire process. A thorough investigation will be conducted into the fake identity cards and government documents used by the infiltrators. Besides, strict action will also be taken against those who prepare fake documents by scrutinizing previous records. The government believes that this system will ensure effective control over illegal entry, fake identities and other security threatening activities.
Police-criminal encounter in Rae Bareli, action against the gang involved in snatching Rs 5 lakh
In an encounter between the police and miscreants on Friday in Sharda Canal, Lolian village of Mill Area police station area of Rae Bareli, the police arrested all three miscreants after one of the accused was shot in the leg. It is being said that this is the same gang which was recently involved in the snatching incident of Rs 5 lakh and after the incident, was trying to escape in a Creta car. After the encounter, the police recovered Rs 26 thousand in cash, an illegal pistol, cartridges and Creta car from the spot. Police say that the interrogation of the arrested criminals is going on and other incidents are also likely to be revealed from them.
Major action taken in case of private video going viral and illegal recovery on Purvanchal Expressway, 4 employees including toll manager dismissed, FIR registered
The government has taken a strict stance on the news of private videos related to Purvanchal Expressway going viral in Sultanpur and illegal collection at toll plaza. Taking cognizance of the StuffUnknownreport, the administration took immediate action and dismissed four employees including the toll manager and filed an FIR against them. The matter is being reported from Haliyapur police station area. Police raided the houses of the accused in Baldirai, Haliapur and Dhanpatganj, where during the search of the room of one of the accused, Shashank Shekhar, his wife and children were found present, but he himself was found absconding. The police have registered a case against a total of four people and the search for them is going on rapidly. The administration says that any arbitrary or illegal activity will not be tolerated on the expressway.
Bulandshahr News: Two vicious cow slaughter gangsters Yunus alias Cheena and Javed alias Murga arrested after being shot.
There was a fierce encounter between the police and two notorious gangsters involved in cow slaughter last night in Gulavathi area of Bulandshahr. In this encounter that took place on Isapur Road, during the police response, both the accused were shot in the leg, after which they were caught in an injured condition. The arrested criminals have been identified as Yunus alias Cheena, resident of Bulandshahr, and Javed alias Murga, resident of Aligarh, who were wanted for a long time in several cases related to cow slaughter in Bulandshahr, Aligarh and Hapur. Police say that both the accused were roaming in Gulavathi area in search of illegal slaughter of stray cows. Police have recovered cow slaughter equipment, two pistols, cartridges and a motorcycle from the spot.
PDA’s big action on illegal plating in Prayagraj
Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA), continuing its strict action against illegal plotting in the city, on Wednesday launched a massive campaign in Zone No. 4, Naini area. The enforcement team demolished a total of 18 bighas of illegal plotting done without obtaining any layout approval from the PDA. The action was taken in Sarangapur, Rewa Road, Ghurpur, in front of IIBM School, near the railway line and in Mama-Bhanja pond area, where illegal land was being divided and plotted by various persons – Pankaj Singh, Lucky Yadav, Subrota, Bablu Pandey, Asif, Azad, Ehteshamuddin and others. PDA’s bulldozer action was carried out at three different places, in which illegally developed plots on two parts of five bighas each and one part of eight bighas were completely demolished. The authority is preparing to file a complaint against all the accused in Ghurpur police station soon. The entire campaign was conducted under the leadership of the zonal officer of PDA.
