Barabanki. The problems of land mafia Sanjay Singh Singla are increasing continuously in Barabanki district of UP. On Saturday, the commercial complex of land mafia Sanjay Singh Singla was demolished by the district administration on the orders of the court. This complex was built illegally without getting the map passed in Bhuhera village, it had more than 22 shops, the cost of which is said to be around five crore rupees. Please tell that at present Sanjay Singh Singla is lodged in jail. Gangster Act action has been taken on him. The district administration has declared Sanjay Singh Singla as a state level land mafia. The district administration had earlier demolished and attached the illegal property of Sanjay Singla.
According to the information, a commercial complex worth five crores illegally constructed at Sanjay Singla Residency in Bhuhera village of Nawabganj tehsil area in Barabanki was bulldozed on the orders of the court. Presently land mafia Sanjay Singh Singla is in jail due to many cases including gangster case. Plotting of land was sold by Singla by cheating the people, after which the possession was not given to the people. All illegal properties of land mafia Sanjay Singla have already been demolished and attached. The district administration is preparing to take further action on the rest of the illegal properties.
Barabanki District Officer Avinash Kumar and Superintendent of Police Dinesh Kumar Singh told that there was a huge land mafia named Sanjay Singh Singla, who sold the property by plotting, but did not give possession to the people. Under which Apoorva Adhikari had filed a case of land mafia. Now many properties are being attached. Some properties were also built on government land without getting the map passed. Today, demolition work has been done on one such big property. It was a shopping complex, which was built without getting the map passed. Its cost is around Rs 5 crore.
