Nanjing University (NJU) is a well-known university in China (China’s Top University). People are furious from his side by presenting such obscene content in the form of advertisement. Objectifying girls in the advertisement of Educational Institutes in China is not acceptable to anyone.
A top university in China has taken out some such fund for Marketing Propaganda, which is being criticized all around. Usually, in the advertisements of admission in universities, campus life and education quality are told, but in this advertisement, girls (Objectification of Girls in Advertisement) have been used. To woo students, offers are being made to spend time with them. In such a situation, there is a ruckus on these advertisements.
Nanjing University (NJU) posted this ad on Weibo on the first day of China’s National College Entrance Test, according to the South China Morning Post. In the advertisement, 6 students of the same university campus have been shown with different placards. These banners were held to attract the students. However, the university is getting a lot of criticism for what was written on the posters.
‘Gandi Baat’ on the banner held in the hands of girls
Although these banners were caught to 6 students, but the banners in the hands of two of these girls are getting the most criticism (Obscene Content in Advertisement). It is written in the poster that- ‘Do you want to stay with me in the library from morning till night?’ (Do you want to live at the library with me, from morning till night?) University trolled on Chinese social media
These banners are dominated on Chinese in-house social media. People have objected to the fact that the university has deliberately objectified the girls. The banners which have been caught in the hands of the boys, do not have any such obscene thing written on them. Whereas on the banners given to the girls, two meaning things are written.

University stepped back
After the criticism, the university has apologized for this and has also removed this advertisement. Although the university has not given any clarification on this, but NGOs working for gender equality of China are protesting against it. People are also furious on social media regarding this kind of advertisement for an educational institution.
