First of all the flour has to be fried with dalda. While frying, flour and dalda should not stick to the pan. After this sugar syrup has to be made. Rose is the tartari of Lachhi. After this the goods have to be cleaned.
Four people are needed to make Gulab Lachhi because it involves stretching. After stretching it is cut from glass. Just like Gajak sweet is made, it is also prepared in the same way.
This sweet is made only in the winter season. It is very important to protect this sweet from heat. Therefore, after making this sweet, it is covered with a wet cloth. Due to heat this sweet starts melting. Therefore this sweet is not available in summer season.
